Launch · half price: $10 instead of $20 · until December 31

Before you sign, check the address.

The listing shows you the home. RueIQ shows you what it doesn’t say: parking, noise, construction, lead in the water line, schools, metro and time to downtown, nearby shelters and consumption sites, collection days, internet and cell service, area rents and, if you buy, the welcome tax and yearly taxes.

Where does the data come from?

Public sources: City of Montreal (addresses, bike network, parks, pools, libraries, safety, roadworks), Québec Ministry of Education, STM, BIXI, Communauto and Statistics Canada (2021 census).
